FAQ

The questions every client asks.

How does payment work?

Fixed projects split 50/50: half to start, half on delivery. Hourly work is billed weekly. Upwork projects go through Upwork escrow, direct projects through bank transfer or UPI.

Who owns the code?

You do, fully, once the final payment clears. Code, models, documentation, deployment configs, all of it transfers to you with no strings.

How many revisions are included?

Two revision rounds within the agreed scope are part of every fixed price. Changes that grow the scope get a small written quote before any work happens.

How do we communicate during the project?

Your choice of email, WhatsApp, or Upwork messages. You get a progress update at least every two or three days, more often near milestones.

What happens after handoff?

Every project ships with docs and a walkthrough. Bugs in delivered scope are fixed free for 14 days after handoff. After that, fixes and additions run at the hourly rate.

Can you sign an NDA?

Yes. Send yours or I can provide a simple mutual one before we discuss anything sensitive.
